Sergey Anokhin Kent State University

Sergey Anokhin  is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at Kent State University. He received his Ph.D. in Management with an emphasis in Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Case Western Reserve University in 2006, at the time when its entrepreneurship program was consistently ranked in the top-10 programs globally. His earlier education accomplishments include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance and a Master’s degree in Management from Voronezh State University, Russia. In 2001, Sergey Anokhin came to Kent State University as an exchange student on a highly competitive Russian Presidential Scholarship for Studying Abroad among sixty other Russians who received that same honor. Dr. Anokhin is best known for his research in the area of entrepreneurial arbitrage, entrepreneurship and corruption, corporate venture capital, small- and medium size firm networks, and social innovation.
